Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to me. This page explains what data I collect, why, and what I do with it — in plain language, without unnecessary legal jargon.

What data we collect and why

I only collect what is genuinely needed to work with you or get in touch.

Quiz & contact form

First name, email address, description of your business, and quiz answers. Purpose: to follow up with your results and discuss potential collaboration. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Business collaboration

Name, email address, billing details. Purpose: performance of contract and statutory obligations. Legal basis: performance of contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long we keep it

Data from the quiz and contact form is retained for the duration of active communication and for a maximum of 1 year from the last contact.

Invoicing and contract data is retained for 10 years in accordance with accounting legislation.

Who we share it with

I do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

For storing and processing data I use Google tools (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Calendar) — Google acts as a data processor and operates in accordance with its own data protection policies, which comply with GDPR.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the following rights — and I take them seriously:

Right of access You can request a copy of the data I hold about you at any time.
Right to erasure You can request that your data be deleted — the right to be forgotten.
Right to rectification If your data is incorrect, you can request that it be corrected.
Right to data portability You can request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
Right to object You can object to the processing of your personal data.
Right to withdraw consent Where consent was given, you can withdraw it at any time without giving a reason.
